DataKru (“we”, “us”) operates datakru.com and related services. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data: email and credentials you provide at registration.
- Uploaded data: files you ingest for processing; stored in your isolated workspace on our infrastructure.
- Usage data: tool usage, job runs, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
- Analytics: we may use privacy-oriented analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) on marketing pages; see cookie notice below.
How we use data
We use your information to provide the platform, secure accounts, improve the product, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain account and upload data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward unless you request deletion or we must keep records for legal reasons. Beta fair-use limits are described on our pricing page.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and isolated per-user storage paths. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Third parties
We host on cloud infrastructure and may use subprocessors for email, analytics, and content delivery. Enterprise customers may receive a subprocessor list on request.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting hello@datakru.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. Marketing pages may set analytics cookies; you can control these via your browser settings.
