By using DataKru (“Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
DataKru provides data engineering tools, job orchestration, and related features. The Service is offered in beta; features and limits may change with notice on our website or by email.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. You must have the right to upload and process that data.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse resources (including circumventing fair-use limits). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fair use (free tier)
Free beta access is subject to storage, upload size, and job rate limits described on pricing and in our documentation. We may throttle or suspend abusive usage.
Consulting services
Enterprise architecture sprints and implementation work are governed by separate written agreements (SOW), not solely by these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataKru and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with notice where reasonable, or immediately for material breach.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of DataKru, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
