Homepage hero now plays a real product demo

What changed on the public site, newest first. Pricing, auth, and product features are not silently rewritten here.

Public homepage media only. Pricing, auth, and product features are unchanged.

Replaced the short still-image placeholder at /static/demo/disha-demo.mp4, .webm, and disha-demo-poster.png with a real ~30s capture (each file under 2 MB, preload="metadata").
The clip is the live UI: homepage, file upload, messy-sales.csv in Recent Files, then Disha answering “what's wrong with my latest file?” with the pandas row/column and missing-value summary.
The dummy CSV used for that capture is at /static/demo/messy-sales.csv. It is sample data, not a customer file.
