Honest platform copy, social previews, and crawl fixes

Public site fixes. Product behavior, pricing, and auth are unchanged.

/platform no longer says API connectors are live. Upload is CSV, Excel, or JSON; warehouse and API connectors stay on the roadmap.
Social cards: og:image and twitter:image now resolve to a 1200×630 PNG at /web-assets/og-image.png (also /og-image.png).
Sitemap no longer lists login-walled /tools/* URLs. lastmod follows the content files, not deploy time. robots.txt still allows those paths.
Short URLs: /blog → /blogs, /signup → /auth/register, /login → /auth/login (301).
Homepage adds server-rendered Organization and SoftwareApplication JSON-LD, and a clearer meta description.
Homepage hero has an above-the-fold slot for a muted, looping demo video (poster + mp4/webm + fallback).
Crawlers can HEAD public pages instead of getting 405.
